Pre-breakfast:Coke, Miniature candy bar. cheese
Breakfast: milk and something
Snack: cheese
Lunch:Cheese,two pieces bread
Dinner: hamburger, too many condiments, a very few fries
Snack: apple, 12 chips, chocolate milk (actually this is 3 snacks)
I did some stretching exercises. Nothing more to report...lol
Is anyone else exercising?
