Lost weight again

Today, for the second weigh-in, I lost weight. Granted, it was only 3/4 lb, but it is a loss. I must do better about the eating part of this...lol.

Today I ate:
Coke
bit homemade mac and cheese
rest of pasta salad
apple
chocolate milk
huge salad with leaf lettuce, chicken and dressing
corn
squash
Diet Coke

Smoothie-
strawberry
banana
mango
blueberry
oj
yogurt

This smoothie is about 20 oz and a whole meal...lol.

I want to lose weight for me, my team, my TOPS club, and to win stuff at the meetings. I like winning.
